Alongside our platform, we offer a managed matching service for Local Authority placement teams. You send us a referral. We search our network of vetted, Ofsted-registered providers and return a structured shortlist of up to 5 providers with live availability — matched to the specific needs of the young person.
No lengthy procurement process. No new system to learn. Just a faster, more structured way to find the right placement.
Step 1 — Send us your referral
Share the young person’s anonymised needs, location preferences, and any specific requirements. We use a simple, secure intake form.
Step 2 — We search our vetted provider network
We access our database of Ofsted-registered providers, cross-reference against live availability and capability, and compile a structured shortlist of up to 5 suitable providers — usually within 24–48 hours.
Step 3 — You choose
We present the shortlist clearly, with provider details, Ofsted ratings, and availability. Your team makes the decision. We support any follow-up contact you need.
The placement matching service
operates on a success fee model — you only pay when a placement is confirmed.
Fees are tiered by complexity and reflective of the overall placement cost.
Spot purchase, no procurement required for a one-off engagement.
For teams with ongoing placement
pressure, we also offer a monthly retainer model with priority access and an
agreed number of placements included.
